LP Platinum Roofing & Exteriors is now 375 Roof Kitchener.
If you’ve worked with LP Platinum before, you’re in the right place. The shop at 811 Sawmill Rd is now the Kitchener location of 375 Roof Inc., a roofing and home exterior company that has served Ontario homeowners since 2007.
LP Platinum and 375 Roof share the same owner. Bringing them together under one name means one brand, one set of standards and one warranty for every customer, whether you live in Kitchener or on Georgian Bay.

What 375 Roof Kitchener offers
- Roof replacement and repair — full tear-offs, leak repairs, skylights, maintenance and new-build roofs.
- Attic insulation — insulation assessments, blown-in insulation and ventilation checks.
- Siding, soffit and fascia — vinyl and wood siding, soffit and fascia systems, and window and door cladding.
- Eavestroughs and gutter guards.
Every 375 Roof replacement uses a complete GAF roofing system: Timberline HDZ shingles, WeatherWatch ice and water barrier, synthetic underlayment, ProStart starter strips and Seal-A-Ridge caps. We tarp your gardens while we work, then do a magnetic nail sweep and clean out your eavestroughs before we leave.
We’re WSIB cleared and fully insured, and we offer financing up to $100,000 through Financeit. Pre-qualifying takes seconds and doesn’t affect your credit score.
